Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, development, and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, and legal regulations on-site.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Manage the project budget, including cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, covering schedule, financial performance, and risk management.
- Address and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and technical challenges.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in diaphragm wall construction.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, environmental, and safety standards.
- In-depth understanding of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial management for projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with government agencies or working on large infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
