Job Description:
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with safety and legal regulations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to maintain timelines.
- Oversee project budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing project-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in diaphragm wall construction.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, safety standards, and diaphragm wall construction techniques.
