Job Info:

• Salary: Basic up to $8000 + AWS + VB
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm) Alternate Saturday (9am - 1pm)
• Location: Pioneer MRT

Job Scope:

• Provide leadership in project planning, coordinate tasks, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule
• Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the drafting department for the preparation, submission, and approval of shop and as-built drawings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client's representatives on all site-related matters and attend site meetings as needed
• Update project status regularly and prepare monthly progress claims for the project
• Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective project execution and management
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior
