Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team, conduct regular project status update meetings with the team.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, design, procurement, construction, budget, schedule, and PQP standards.
• Assign qualified team members to projects and manage all stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Approve purchase requisitions and invoices promptly, and control project costs to maintain profit margins.
• Achieve project objectives, such as on-time delivery and staying within budget, escalating challenges to the management as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the construction industry
• Experience with LTA/MRT projects is a plus
