Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful implementation of new IT systems.

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Maintain and organize project documentation, including plans and business requirements. Prepare status reports and presentations for management
• Develop and implement change management strategies, including communication and training programs. Engage key stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new system features
• Handle and resolve user inquiries and issues through various channels (e.g., email, phone). Provide guidance using FAQs and escalate complex issues as needed
• Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Maintain accurate records of all communications and resolutions
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient service operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in change management and customer engagement
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong listening skills and empathy
• Project management skills (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation (preferred)
