Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager in the FinTechindustry to lead and manage end-to-end projects while delivering innovative FinTech products. This role will require you to hold the responsibilities of providing end-to-end project management, ensuring smooth execution, from ideation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation
- Lead project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure timely delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all team members are aligned on project tasks.
- Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and recommend mitigating measures to manage them effectively.
- Continuously monitor project performance, optimizing using a data-driven approach.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met
- Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems
- Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
- Createrapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
Requirements:
- Singaporean only.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains.
- Prior hands-on experience with software development and web technologies.
- Prior experience in FinTech projects (Trading/Blockchain/Capital Markets/Financial Payment/Fiat/Digital Asset Payment Integration) will be an added advantage.
