PROJECT MANAGER

. To lead site constrution team in ensuring smooth work execution.

. Check and ensure all plans and work are as per specifications.

. To review and approve equipment / materials requisitions

. Manage documentation and correspondence with LTA representative and maincon

. To pre-plan and prepare construction schedule and coordinate activities at site.

. Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on project specification and construction drawing.

. Liaise with both Internal and maincon for efficient optium progress.

. Manage day-to-day site activites, including supervising and monitoring site labour force and work

. Prepare daily / monthly site report.

. Ensure and maintain safe and clean working environment and compliance according to standard rules and regulations.
