Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager, preference experience in automation, laser and 3D printing automation to lead and execute laser-based projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of laser technology, project management methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and timeline constraints.

• Responsibilities

_Project Planning and Execution:_

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.

_Technical Expertise:_

• Provide frontline support, problem solving with factory backend support

Possess a strong understanding of laser technology, applications, and industry trends.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

Collaborate with laser engineers to develop innovative solutions.

• Evaluate and select appropriate laser systems and components for project requirements.

Manage project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed

_Customer Relationship Management:_

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Understand customer needs and translate them into project requirements.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure project deliverables meet their satisfaction.

_Team Leadership:_

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members.

_Financial Management:_

• Develop and manage project budgets.

Track project expenses and revenue.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in engineering/ mechanical, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the laser industry.

Proven track record of successful project delivery.

• Strong technical knowledge of laser systems and applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• bility to travel (domestic and international) to customer site (50% of time)

* Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is a plus

• PMP certification would be a plus

Pay: $4,
