Project Manager

• Responsible for effective implementation and successful completion of building projects undertaken by the company within schedule, cost and quality.
• Liaise Closely with Main contractor, Sub Contractor
• set guildlines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resource and enhance cost effectiveness.Manage,
• Monitor and regulate the schedule and quality of performance of sub-contractors.
• In-charge all the construction matters, integration of programs, scheduling and planing of manpower, materials and sequence of works.
• Others Job Assigned by Company Management.

Requirements and skills

. Diploma or above in Civil / Construction Engineering and any others equivalent certification.

. min 5yrs of pharmaceutical related project exp.

. Well-versed in constractual terms, conditions and obligations.

. Strong construction background to discuss and advise technical matters with Main and Sub Contractors.

. Excellent Communication skills and highly organized, driven adn conscientious.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
