Work with various teams and Project managers (for applications) to plan, update and review infra setup and delivery plans.
Review and advise in technical resource planning, risk management of infra technical delivery plans and activities to meet regulatory requirements and IT standards/guidelines.
Manage and coordinate with Vendor to complete the required setup/projects.
Identify and coordinate other team's resources (eg. e2P) for project execution and/or infra setup activities.
Proactively plan and track the delivery schedule.
Promote teamwork and skills transfer between staffs.
Prioritise delivery of assigned tasks.
Meet agreed timelines.
Delegate and distribute work effectively.
Manage the deployment of hardware/software and support activities on new and existing infrastructure systems.
Supervise vendor technical RE/SE in the system support and maintenance activities for DR related activities.
Promote teamwork and motivate project team members.
Distribution works and monitor progress.
Identify manpower requirements, and recommend recruitment on relevant team members.
Project activities deployment to support smooth technical operations.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in computer science or related field with working experience of at least 5 - 8 years or more depending on standard of qualification.
Relevant experience and knowledge in IT Infra Project Implementation and Operations.
6 - 10 years relevant working experience in Financial Institutions.
1 - 2 years experience or exposure to a Dev Ops project implementation.
Technical skills in IT infrastructure (network, servers, database, application servers).
Technical skills in Cloud Architecture/Service, DevOps platform.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Good communication skills - written and verbal.
ITIL, IT Operations, Project Methodology & Tools (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2).
Knowledge in Agile Methodology in Project Management.
Knowledge in Internet technology and web/mobile based applications..
