Job Objectives

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the Infrastructure Build team to put together the plan and monitoring each of the activities into completion.
• Responsible for coordinating with infra delivery resources required to complete the infrastructure build, and implementation, working with the infrastructure architects, the engineering team and the build team.
• Highlight and propose a revised plan if there is a conflicting resource, timeline or unrealistic expectation of infrastructure delivery/build time.
• Monitor and analyse the implementation of each infrastructure project. Recommend re-prioritisation based on the sensitivity, urgency, priority, and type of projects (e.g. compliance/regulatory) and the approval requirement.
• Consolidate the plan against the actual end-to-end cost required to deliver infrastructure projects. Recommend optimization of cost by consolidating similar infrastructure components and timelines

Key Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree and a minimum One to three of experience in project management role, preferably in a fast-face, multi-teams and multiple concurrent projects.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.

. Attention to detail with creative thinking.

. Ability to work under pressures and with tight timelines who brings excellent time management skills.

. Familiar with Jira and Confluence
