We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage frontend projects, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed as per schedule.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints while delivering quality results.
Identify and communicate potential concerns or risks, implementing best practices for risk management.
Organize and conduct project meetings, documenting minutes with action plans and deadlines.
Maintain completeness, accuracy, and storage of project documents. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Stay up to date with frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.

Provide operational support and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent
Minimum 2 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
Those with experience in underground utilities
especially Cable/ water/gas pipes will be advantageous
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Service-oriented client relationship and people
Self-motivated and able to work independently
OTHER INFORMATION
6 days work week
Working location: Sungei Kadut (with company transportation provided at Woodlands and Kranji MRT Station)
