A Construction Company is Seeking for a Self-Motivated & Independent Individual to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure full adherence to company policies on site, particularly health and safety standards
- Project reporting/ review to monitor quality, productivity, price estimation accuracy, health and safety compliance and client satisfaction
- Carry out detailed risk assessment process highlighting key risks to manage on project
- Review drawings, design notes, and critical specifications
- Produce project program to comply with contract
- Coordinate with materials suppliers and managing the delivery, quality and installation of materials
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Building/Construction or relevant discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Multi-Million / High-rise Housing Projects
- Experience in Pre-cast / Pre-fabrication Construction is essential
- Understands material lists for China shipments, knowledge of Chinese is essential
