Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and scheduling of projects.

2. Responsible for managing clients expectations, developing project plan and defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks.

3. Responsible for leading a team, provide guidance, training or coaching to the team members.

4. To oversee M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.

5. Responsible for project budget management, make sure that the project gets done without excessive spending and master the art of cost efficiency.

6. Responsible for evaluating team members efficiency and effectiveness. Identify shortcomings and plan for ways to fix similar issues in the future.

7. To build teamwork among project team.

8. To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients requirements are met.

9. To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors when necessary.

10. To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks.

11. Planning of manpower and work arrangement with engineers and site person in charge.

Requirements:

1. Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.

2. At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Energetic, self-motivated, good problem solving skills.

4. Willing to learn, positive and good attitude.
