Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project in areas of contract compliance, budget control, quality control, design planning, construction progress and safety
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth communication
• Monitoring of progress and updating of progress report
• Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting
• Act as Technical Controller for project involved
• Assist in ac-hoc tender for technical proposal submission

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Possess good leadership and management skills
• A good Team player
• Positive and willing to learn
