Project Manager Or Site Manager

. Min Diploma in Building / Construction

. Min 3 years experience in landed residential houses

. Proven experience as construction project manager or site Manager

. Understanding of construction procedures & sequence and project management

. Familiarity with Quality of works and MOM-Health and Safety Standards

. Good knowledge of MS Office + MS Project

. Able to prepare Master Programme & schedule

. Good communication and able to lead site Meeting .

. A team player with leadership abilities.

. Familiar with Authorities requirements & regulations .
