Lead and work closely with project and other teams to monitor and evaluate all projects ensure that all works in progress are in-line with the proposed work schedules and budget.
Liaising with the Main Contractor, Architects, Consultants, relevant authorities and Sub-Contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
Work with internal departments to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans etc.
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Address issues proactively to minimize disruptions, delays and potential.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Requirements:
At least 10 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design project management works.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in cost control, procurement, and supplier management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplines
Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence are preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)
