Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles related to RTGS, payment processing systems, and card-related technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Lead project teams and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of payment solutions and card systems
  • Act as a point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and business units for payments-related projects
  • Monitor project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation if needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards in the payments and cards domain
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders

Requirements


  • Proven experience in managing projects in the banking and payments sector
  • Strong knowledge of RTGS, payment gateways, and card payment systems
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent understanding of payment processing flows and related technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 20022 is a plus

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in working with banks, financial institutions, or fintech companies
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Technical understanding of APIs, payment system integrations, or blockchain technologies related to payments
