Job Description:
- Create detailed project plans and designs to meet requirements.
- Select machines, allocate resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Allocate machinery, staff, and materials effectively.
- Ensure smooth, cost-effective project workflows.
- Implement improvements to boost project value and reduce costs.
- Enhance design, scheduling, and resource allocation for optimal results.
- Provide updates to stakeholders and deliver regular project reports.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety checks and implement necessary corrections.
Job Requirement:
- 5+ years in project management and site supervision, ideally with pipe jacking experience.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- LTA PUB Project Experience is advantage.
