Job Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource strategies to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Develop design concepts, select appropriate equipment, and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to identify challenges and mitigate potential risks.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and daily operations of pipe jacking equipment.
- Track project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Address technical issues with innovative problem-solving approaches.
- Compile and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in site supervision and project management.
- Flexibility to work across Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong based on project needs.
- Proven success in delivering projects within Singapore.
- Strong expertise in pipe jacking techniques, equipment, and materials.
