Job Descriptions
- Lead full spectrum of Project Management including but not limited to Overall Engineering Design, Construction, Manpower Planning, Testing and Commissioning.
- Design Development relating to Plumbing, and Sanitary.
- Predict resources needed to complete project.
- Budget and Cost Control.
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Order and manage materials and equipment.
- Coordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities, Project teams, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
- Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites.
- Any other business related matters assigned by the Management/Head office.
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
- Registered Licensed Plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
- Strong leadership, management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
