Responsible for consumer satisfaction, staff development and operations management.
Attend to clients enquiries and feedbacks, including service recovery.
Facilitate and ensure that work related to fault, repair, installation, maintenance and emergencies are completed within the appropriate timelines and standards.
Understand site-specific requirements to address operational challenges, resolve conflicts, inspire and maintain a high-performing team.
Ensure adherence to customer guidelines for all site activities including safety standards and house rules.
Plan visits to check technician performance, job progress, inventory and customer satisfaction.
Conduct daily team meetings for review and development.
Plan, design, and organise staff training programmes.
Attend to requests and respond to emergency call after working hours.
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
5 years of experience managing ACMV works.
Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driver's License.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
Manage Work at Height Certificate - Assessor/Manager.
OFAC Certification an added advantage.
