Responsibilities
- Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the schedule timeline, stakeholders expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for newly installed security systems
- Conduct site inspections and assesses the condition of the facility as well as propose the necesaary requirements per Citi Security Standards
- Coordinate and facilitate our Citi Business stakeholders and provide guidance on the access card submissions and approvals etc
- Conduct inventory checks for all completed projects,r eviewing of floorplan system plotting diagram and updates. Supporting role function on finance administration mainly on project expensive tracking
- Leading the execution works onsite, supervising the vendors and may also be the overall lead for small independent project works
Requirements
- Minimum of at least 1 year working experience
- Minimum High school/diploma in any faculty
- Security certifications will be desirable
- Good communication, coordination skills both spoken and written. Able to command and manage vendors/suppliers
- Must be able to work under a fast paced environment, aggressive culture, and timeline
- Basic knowledge on security systems i.e access contorl, CCTV IDS
- Fundamentals of physical security and security system installation
