What this job involves:
Supporting the team
You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project from its initiation to design phase to construction and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Greenfield, Brownfield, AEI works, Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, lndustrial, Data Centre, Hospitality and Education.
As Senior Project Manager or Project Manager you will be required to independently handle and perform the lead PM and Contract Administrator role and will be expected to manage small teams of junior project managers in the delivery of multiple projects undertaken by the company.
Managing multiple projects concurrently
Do you enjoy multi-tasking Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted the stakeholders. Delivering projects within the established budgets and timelines is the key!

To apply you need to be:
Client-centric problem solver
We employ talent from a wide range of backgrounds, though typically you should have a degree in a relevant field, with at least 8 to 10 years experience in design, construction, project management in greenfield, brownfield, AEI works, and interior fit-out projects for multinational clients. It would be excellent if you have a strong background in all aspects of project managementincluding management on schedule, quality, cost and risk management, and negotiation, to name a few. A background in Architecture or Engineering will be beneficial.
Your expertise in surveying a client's basic needs, completing commercial assessments, and preparing PM proposals will also be put to the test. Your quickness in understanding and dealing with a situation will be indispensable especially in carrying out value engineering, build ability analysis, critical reviews of design and documentation.
