Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Lead the end-to-end project management for the development of enterprise software products.
o Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones are achieved on schedule.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
2. Stakeholder Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
o Able to work with business stakeholders and draw strategic plannings with milestones.
o Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
o Resolve any project-related issues, ensuring that all stakeholder needs are addressed.
3. Budget and Resource Management:
o Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
o Monitor project costs and ensure that the project remains within the allocated budget.
4. Risk Management:
o Identify potential risks and establish strategies to mitigate them.

o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
5. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure that the software product meets the highest quality standards.
o Collaborate with the QA team to identify and rectify any software issues.
6. Team Leadership:
o Mentor and provide guidance to the project team members.
o Foster a positive work environment that promotes innovation and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in software development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software projects.
. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
. Proficiency in project management software tools.
. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
