Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage and oversee project activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and addressing concerns effectively.
- Change Management and Training: Lead change management efforts for new system implementations, including planning, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Monitoring and Tracking Progress: Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in change management, particularly in implementing new systems or improving customer engagement processes.
- Project management experience is a strong advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and patience in managing complex scenarios.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and software.
- Empathy and strong listening skills to understand and address stakeholder needs effectively.
- Adaptability:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Preferred Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes.
- Knowledge of design thinking principles and workshop facilitation is a plus.
