Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing teams, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress.
Manage project phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, analysts, and vendors.
Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership:Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Monitor key project metrics and KPIs to ensure milestones are met.
Prepare and present project reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future processes.
- Vendor & Resource Management:Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet project goals and business requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT, software development, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with finance, e-commerce, logistics, or digital marketing industries.
- Prior experience managing offshore teams and handling complex, multi-phase projects.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, IT infrastructure projects, and system migrations.
