Participate in project and technical meetings, addressing site issues with owners and consultants to maintain smooth project progress.
Verify on-site work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements, and ensure subcontractors promptly rectify any non-compliance.
Resolve site challenges with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers swiftly to minimize construction delays.
Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and prepared for ISO audits.
Work closely with the safety department, adhering to all safety frameworks and guidelines.
Support the site management team in project planning and coordination.
Develop and manage work schedules to optimize construction operations.
Prepare and organize documents for submissions to authorities, including CONQUAS, RI, and TOP.
Analyze tender and construction documents, specifications, and contracts to fully understand project requirements.
Identify and manage critical project factors, including scheduling and productivity metrics.
Foster teamwork and actively contribute to a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate independence, initiative, and strong motivation in completing assigned tasks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to new or junior team members.
Possess at least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
