Your role

We are looking for a Project Planning Coordinator to join our SEA Retail - Store Operations team in Singapore. This incumbent supports the Head of Store Operations in coordinating and managing special projects. This is a 1yr contract with possibilities of renewal depends on business needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Special projects (Digital Weekly focus, Staffing & Productivity, Spectacle Hut Scheduling, Health & Safety) in all 4 markets across SEA including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • Maintain a highly communicative and proactive relationship with stores ensuring the tracking and handling of all issues/needs in an appropriate and timely manner (linked to the special projects)
  • Coordinate ad-hoc agency to comply with Health & Safety requirements in all for countries,
  • Supervise all retail practices and corporate standards during in store implementation and training;
  • Align with other departments including HR/Product/Visual Merchandising/Training/Construction to achieve Operational Excellence

Main Requirements:

  • Minimum degree with prior project management experience.
  • Working experience in retail store operations in international company is welcomed.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Well-organized, efficient in time management, able to prioritize based on business needs and manager feedback.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment while remaining focused and analytical.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Handle complex data analysis projects using Excel.
  • Able to find solutions simple and fast.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
