Prepare proposal and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.
Assist in the Variation Orders (VO) for ongoing projects.
Develop, review and monitor the compliance of the tender and contracts policies and guidelines, in line with the industry's best practice.
Liaise and negotiate with clients, vendors, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on project requirement.
Work closely with QS / Tender team in preparation of tender submission.
Work closely with the project teams in VOs verification
A great eyes for details in evaluating quotation, assess variation order (VO), escalation, abortive work, measure quantities / taking off and accounts finalization.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably majoring in MEP trade or Mechanical.
Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions.
High level of initiative, independent, proactive and meticulous.
Able to work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work at Tuas where there is tranporation pick up at designated MRT.
Willingness to work beyond official hours to meet tender tight timelines.
At least 8 years o working experience in the related field.
