Job Role Description

The Project Resource Supervisor is responsible for enhancing site conditions across multiple project locations by implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines. This role involves overseeing project resources, applying digital tracking tools, ensuring compliance with sustainability and green initiatives, and optimizing project efficiency through effective supervision and resource allocation. The role requires regular travel to project sites and hands-on management.

Reports to: Project Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management & Improvement:

. Supervise and improve project site conditions in alignment with ESG standards.

. Implement green initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability across sites.

. Monitor and evaluate site practices to ensure compliance with ESG policies and safety regulations.

. Digitalisation & Tracking:

. Utilize digital tools to track project resources, site progress, and logistics efficiently.

. Generate and maintain accurate project records to ensure transparent tracking of resource allocation and site improvements.

Resource Supervision:

. Manage and coordinate on-site resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide real-time support and solutions.

. Collaborate with team members to optimize resource utilization across multiple sites.

Requirements:

. Minimum educational qualification of ITE graduates.

. Class 3 driving license

. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work independently on-site.

. Familiarity with ESG principles and a commitment to sustainability are preferred.
