- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Management teams, collaborating closely with Design and Production departments on site installations and logistics.
- Work alongside the Sales and Project teams on scheduling and progress monitoring, ensuring accurate tracking of design changes, client decisions, progress billings, and other related administrative tasks.
- Manage contracts and, when necessary, attend site meetings with clients and consultants, conduct site surveys/measurements, and liaise with regulatory authorities and/or clients on installation, defect rectifications, and maintenance issues.
- Assist with handling and following up on sales inquiries, tenders, and quotations, coordinating with in-house designers on client product design requests, and managing indoor sales inquiries.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, conduct database research, execute email marketing campaigns, and generate management reports.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, tender documentation, and sales presentation/proposal collateral.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering calls, along with other duties as assigned.
