Responsible for achieving individual sales target
- Achieving growth and hitting sales team targets
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of Sales- Build strong relationship with Architects, Developers and Main Contractors
Creating product awareness to Architects and Developers for specifications of products into project tenders.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Multi-tasking and time-management to prioritize and switch between varied tasks- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Project planning and management
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
Liaise with logistic department on the delivery of purchased items for project- Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule
Inspect, resolve and monitor rectification works
- Assist and support project management team for project progress claim and final account
Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers, designers, architects, contractors, sub-contractors, Door makers and supplier
- Experience in door hardwares solution in project sales sector is preferred
* Minimum 2 years experience in project sales or related
- Skills in MS office applications i.e., EXCEL and PPT is a plus
