Job description- Monitor and drive weekly trainers planning forecast
Schedule and deploy trainers for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead- Collaborate with Sales & Operations team on identifying and resolving real-time constraints.
Work closely with Sales & Operations team to ensure 100% training fulfilment.
- Coordination with Sales & Operations team for any adhoc job assignments
Flow job assignment details to Project Manager & General Manager in timely manner- Optimize monthly utilization rate for Project Manager & General Manager
Complete weekly and/or monthly reports to Project Manager & General Manager
Able to work independently and handle dynamic scheduling
- Ability to multitask and manage sudden changes in priorities.
Logical approach to problemsolving, inventive, and resultsoriented, with high attention to detail.- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of planning and administrative tools is preferable.
Excellent communication skills verbal, written & listening.- Proven fluency in English (verbal & written).
