Job Title: Project/ Site Co-Ordinator (Wholesale for machinery & equipment) ID9037
Location: Ubi
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Gross Salary: $3000 to $3500 (with OT)
Basic Salary: $2600 to $3000 or higher (Depending on Exp)

Job Description:
.Overall project management, schedule planning and implementation
.Manage site activities, internal project team, sub-contractor and vendors/in-house contractors
.Co-ordination with Building Owner, Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Residence Architect/Engineers, Interior Designer and Sub-Contractors
.Fire alarm testing / RI
.Preparation and submission of site installation drawing
.Preparation of As-Built Drawing, Operation and Maintenance Manual, and conduct Maintenance Training for the Building Management Team
.Testing, commissioning of installed products
.Due to nature of work, you will be required to carry the necessary tools in your own vehicle (e.g. ladder, calibration tools and etc.)

Requirement:
.Min diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with Class 3/3A driving license
.With related or relevant industries or construction background with at least 3 years experience
