Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate transmission of updated documents and drawings to clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to review project progress and updates.
- Coordinate in change orders, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Prepare and implement method statements and work procedures, ensuring adherence to all government and safety regulations.
- Manage procurement of resources, monitor material usage, and minimize waste and misappropriation.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
- Oversee drawing management, technical documentation control, and the quality of work performed.
- Conduct material receiving inspections and maintain detailed records.
- Prepare daily and monthly progress reports.
- Perform and maintain accurate inspection records.
- Ensure all delivery orders are returned to the office for proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- With 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Must be self-motivated with interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
