Project Supervisor

The position is required to work 6 Days, 8.30am to 5.45pm.

Job Description:

1. Plant map collection from Various agencies

2. NCE meetings for conditional Approval and to ensure Final Approval

3. Site meeting with Project officer, where required

4. Submission of Survey Drawings to Approved Surveyor for verification

5. Joint Site Meeting for verification of works done, where required

6. Site Survey, where required

7. Permit to Work Assessor.

8. Preparation of claims for submission.

9. Preparation of Traffic control Plan.

10. Preparation of Service detection drawings

11. Monitoring of work schedule of workers under his charge.

12. Planning of work schedule to ensure minimal distruptions and maximized efficiency.

13. Verification of work time cards and works done

14. Be deployed to site for site works if there is a shortage of staff.

15. Training of new workers and onboarding them to company

16. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and additional duties similar to above for affiliated companies as instructed by Director or General Manager

Compulsory Experience/Knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Forms
• Advanced knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Photoshop/Photo editing software
• Class 3 Driving licence
• LCDW/ TCDW Certification is a bonus (renumerated accordingly)
• Land Survey Experience is a bonus (renumerated accordingly)
• Willingness to attend courses, retraining
