. Demonstrate the attitude or competence for assigned responsibilities

. Physically fit - the role requires walking, lifting, bending and other physical

. Possessing BCSS certification will be a plus

. Good communication skills

. Good organizational skills

. Create precise fabrication drawings to guide the manufacturing process.

. Develop as-built drawings to reflect completed construction projects

. Site measure and produce of drawing.

. Takes initiative and be proactive

. Prepare detailed shop drawings

. Risk management & Critical thinking communication skills.
