Job Scope:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Help manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules
- Support in risk management and problem-solving during project execution
- Assist in procurement of materials and services needed for the project
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
- Assist the project manager in managing the project team and resources
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables
- Ensure smooth communication across various departments involved in the project
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, renovation, or construction
- Strong time management and organizational skills for handling multiple projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp and Autodesk AutoCAD is a plus
