Project Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Tech Lead to manage applications-related projects activities, ensuring successful delivery and support in a banking industry.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
• At least 7- 8 years of working experience in implementing applications-related projects in the banking industry;
• Have good understanding of API and cloud applications on AWS;
• Good banking knowledge especially in mobile app development, payment process, Balance Transfer and all related applications in the retail banks;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Detail-orientated with strong stakeholder and customer focus;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team;
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and positive attitude;
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skill-set

• AWS Cloud certification;
• PMP Certified.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and team lead on delivery of projects;
• Engage in discussions with stakeholders regarding enhancements to business applications to understand requirements and contribute to the development of effective solutions;
• Involve in technology-related solutions and delivery of projects for banking applications;
• Provide support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to production deployment;
• Work effectively with external vendors and internal IT partners to complete necessary assignments;
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulatory requirements, internal control standards, and group compliance policies;
• Oversee the identification, monitoring, reporting, and escalation of project risks and issues;
• Assist in creating comprehensive application documentation to enhance the bank's knowledge assets.
