Job Responsibilities: Assist to monitor monitor the overall performance of the tender process to obtain maximum efficiency, quality and service
- Assist to analyse and evaluate tender documents from technical point of view to identify risk factors, ensuring technical compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
Assist to prepare project cost estimates in terms of the required material as per requirements, this includes all systems, products and services to the client specifications/requirements for management review and approval- Preparing and developing technical presentations
Management of Pre and Post Tender documentations & clarifications
- Perform other duties as assigned
Project and site co-ordination
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned
Monitor the progress of project schedule- Source for require equipment, material, contractor and prepare Purchase Order and Sub-Contracting Agreement
Evaluate Progress Claim from sub-contractor
- Prepare and Submit Monthly Progress/Variation Order Claim to Client
Assist Project Manager to oversight site works including safety, quality and other compliance matters
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying Course- Minimum 2 years of experiences in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering sector in Construction
Experiences in Solar Engineer and Fire Protection Systems will be an added advantage
- Conversant in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power-Point, AutoCAD at a minimum
Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
