Project Warehouse Innovation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage APAC contract logistics innovation group, mainly focusing on

1. Warehouse system setup (FIS/OMS/WMS/TMS) for new customers or current customer with warehouse expansion,
2. Data-driven visibility digitalization(PBI/RPA/Generative AI),
3. Process/warehouse automation, and
4. Global logistics consultant fostering program.

• Communicate, influence, and collaborate with APAC regional 7 branch operation leaders, introducing and implementing innovative logistics solution tools to increase productivity and optimize their efficiency at a lower investment level tailored to their operations specific needs.
• Manage project resource allocation for warehouse system and operation setup by engaging and liaising with global, regional, and local qualified professionals to complete the project on time as the customer requires.
• Carry out and support a large-size BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) project, in charge of synchronizing the operation

Job Requirements:

. Minimum 10 years experience in logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding or shipping industry (required in SCM/Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)

. Bachelor degree in Logistics or SCM or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent working experience

. Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner

. Good in problem solving and decision making skills

. Proficient in computer applications, especially in Excel and Power Point

. Having experience in both of operation & Innovation in freight forwarding or shipping industry is preferred

. SCM/Logistics Solution consulting experience & System Implementation leading skill-set preferred

. Industry SCM Operation & Biz Innovation experience preferred (Electronics Manufacturing & Logistics preferred)

. Digital Logistics Transformation experience preferred

. Having experience in consulting firm is preferred
