Property Executive

Job Descriptions

• Assist managers, analyse reports, ensure maintenance, prepare reports, handle projects, update drawings and liaison with contractors
• Assist the managers in managing the daily operations of the property.
• Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
• Facilitate ad-hoc projects and incident investigation when necessary.
• Manage all Sub-Contractors, supervise & coordinate FM activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
• To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in managing commercial / retail MCST environment.
• Competent in LT switching, FM200, VESDA, CRAU and/or BMS.
• Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
• Mature and independent with ability to lead team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
