Assist managers, analyse reports, ensure maintenance, prepare reports, handle projects, update drawings and liaison with contractors
Assist the managers in managing the daily operations of the property.
Preparation of monthly and incident reports pertaining to the site(s).
Facilitate ad-hoc projects and incident investigation when necessary.
Manage all Sub-Contractors, supervise & coordinate FM activities and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in managing commercial / retail MCST environment.
Competent in LT switching, FM200, VESDA, CRAU and/or BMS.
Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
Mature and independent with ability to lead team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
