Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end property
Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
Assist the Residence Manager to support daily operations
Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance to the contracts terms and conditions.
Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification.
Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate / Building Management / Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management
Relevant experience in managing condominiums, hospitality, office or retail malls.
