Job Description:
Overview: The Property Lifestyle Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional concierge services for condominium residents and efficient property management for landed properties. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service and has strong property management skills, combined with the flexibility to travel between locations and the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Lifestyle Services:
Manage function rooms and oversee bookings and usage.
Prepare and submit daily reports regarding condominium activities and resident inquiries.
Handle resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
Manage booking of condominium facilities.
Oversee parcels and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to residents.
Property Management Services:
Provide property management services to various sites, including black and white and landed houses.
Conduct weekly reporting on property status, issues, and resolutions.
Manage and coordinate contractors for maintenance and repairs.
Correspond with clients regarding property management issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards and meet all regulatory requirements.
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a concierge or property management role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle resident and client inquiries and complaints effectively.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel between locations and the office as required.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in hospitality management, property management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
