About the Role:
Respond to the User and the Authority to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under
the Contract have been properly rendered and performed
Assist the Community Centre / Club / Building in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Improvement Works with the Project Manager / Project Management team
About You:
Degree / Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering field or equivalent
5 years relevant experience in Property / Estate Management
Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
