You'll be in charge of:
Lead and manage technicians and external vendors to ensure the smooth operations of the Development
Administer routine inspection of the Development such as cleaning, security, refuse disposal, washroom services, building maintenance, sanitary and plumbing, mechanical and electrical, landscaping and pest control services are conducted
Ensure that preventive maintenance works are carried out by service providers in accordance with the Contract requirements
Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the buildings as assigned and ensures that all emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption to tenants and owners
Prepare manage and administer all maintenance contracts and supervise expense for the operational needs of the Development
Implement of the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the Development
Manage and execute specific/adhoc procurement of equipment cyclical replacement & enhancement works in the Development
Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner
Requirement:
Prior mechanical and electrical experience in commercial buildings is preferred
