Handling daily operations
Being designated to a site, you'll be handling daily operations such as assisting site managers in property management services and organising and planning daily operations. You'll also be preparing and supporting an emergency/crisis management plan and also ensure the general maintenance of the site.
Providing clients with excellent service
Clients are important, thus you will play a vital role in ensuring that clients are satisfied by providing excellent customer service and meeting their needs. On top of that, you will be operating in compliance with the relevant building statutory requirements.
Building positive working relationships
As this job requires you to work and interact with various people such as clients, tenants and your team member, it is important for you to be able to maintain good and positive relationships with them.

Educated and Experienced
2 to 3 years of experience in property management. You are also experienced and familiar with Microsoft Office Software
Effective communicator and a thinker
You are able to communicate (in writing and verbally) effectively with others of all levels as well as possessing the ability to maintain professionalism with all stakeholders. On top of that, you are an independent thinker and is able to resolve problems and conflicts efficiently and effectively.
