Position: Clinical Psychologist
Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate Clinical Psychologist dedicated to promoting equitable access to psychological care and enhancing psychology services in primary care. This role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide evidence-based psychological care, empowering individuals to achieve optimal mental health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to de-stigmatize mental health issues and create a safe environment for individuals to seek help.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings using validated tools and other mental health questionnaires.
- Apply theoretical and professional knowledge to perform thorough psychological assessments and select appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions using suitable outcome measurements.
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Design and conduct mental health-related workshops and talks as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, or other relevant degrees
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related setting.
- Eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) as a Registered Psychologist.
